And had a gem replaced and a diamond replaced and the rest in the cluster reinforce and two rings resized. Everything was absolutely beautiful! The only problem I had was the clasp was too small on my pearls and could only wear them once and couldn't clasp them after. So had to come back in to replace clasp. Everyone is so friendly as well!
